Cyber Cafe

Cyber Cafe, I guess i don't need further explain on that. But have all of you been to any cyber cafe lately?
I actually passed by one recently. Standing outside there, I can hear all those pretty "NICE" words and the disgusting smells of cigarette. I start to wonder, is this the culture of a cyber cafe should have? All these people, students , teenagers, paying money and spending time at there just to feel pissed and flame others all the way?
Oh, a game should be used as a ways to fill up free time and so on, or to enjoy the process of discovering (RPG games). but nowadays, all those uncivilized / uneducated people can easily be found there, is that a funny thing..??

Where's the cafe? Cafe should be a place where we can order drinks such as coffee for instance while pairing up with cyber means giving us access to internet
Smoking is prohibited under all indoor air-conditioned places but still the enforcement is pity so basically it just doesn't work as we could still see mist of ashes from cigars in the so-called "cybercafe".

I agree i agree... gaming center is getting worst.

but, cyber cafe is what we used to call for those gaming center.......wait,....there is drinks available,such like soft drinks, just self-service all your needs...

Where's the food? Sandwiches? I thought cafe suppose to serve food?
And cafe suppose to be quiet?
Why do I have to scream my throat off every time I wanted to speak to the person next to me?

cafe doesn't seemed a necessity to be quiet, wherever the place with people,will be noisy,because human communicating to each other.... food? lol....for this i not sure, but some of it providing food as to serve those gaming freaks that unable to even step their foot away from the computer....>.<

Still it doesn't make any sense for a 'cafe' to be serving packaged buns just like what they did in CC right?
Its still more appropriate to be name as 'Gaming center' instead or perhaps categorized the so-called 'CC' beside an arcade center?

Maybe should be classify as entertainment center instead. Same category as those pubs and clubs or discos. Because current CC facing problem where if they open after 12am, its a violation of law. Now if we categorize them as the same as pubs and disco. They would allowed to open after 12am legally. Of course the down point is that I heard the license for such a business would cost more. But fair deal isn't it? At least the money is not used to bribe those MPSJ / Cops

Guess,I'm studying Upper 6,I remember about Harry Potter,because I remember the CC's owner playing the Harry Potter game.

Harry Potter game? Oo. Never play it coz its kinda gay for me. The game play I mean.
